Workflow

Workflow is known for the business process modeling which allows approvals to be setup based on site specific criteria.  Workflow is also the primary mechanism for automatically processing data, running utilities and sending monitoring reports or purchase orders.

CDD (Click, Drag & Drill)

The IFAS reporting tool can be used in conjunction with Workflow to automatically send reports to key organizational stakeholders.   We offer report design, development and standardization services.

Web Forms

Web Forms provide an additional mechanism for data entry to the IFAS (TM) system.  After data is entered it can be immediately added to the system or worflow approvals can be done prior to allowing data to be added. 

Documents Online

The way to manage paper less documents, Documents Online allows for IFAS output to be stored and viewed later but only by the right users.

Security

We can provide advice and trouble shooting for IFAS version 7.7 and earlier and 7.9.

We almost exclusively work remote.  With very little time spent on the road we have more time for troubleshooting, problem solving and designing our creative solutions. 

We provide our clients with unique solutions by utilizing the tools available with IFAS.  One of our favorite solutions is to automatically add attachments to a screen based on theautomated run of a process. It's all about saving your users time, they only need approve from the task list and the rest is taken care of!
